David Goodenough, M.S., L.M.H.C., B.C.P.C., is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington and
a board-certified counselor with the American Psychotherapy Association. He has more than 25 years
of experience in management consulting, leadership coaching and candidate assessment in both the public and private sectors.
David has worked with all levels of management—from executive to support--across a wide range of industries
to help organizations hire quality employees, oversee management changes, build leadership teams and facilitate termination plans.
David has a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies/counseling from the University of Oregon and bachelor’s degrees in both sociology and education from the College of Idaho.
Carolyn Goodenough serves as vice president of The Goodenough Company and oversees all client relations. For fourteen years, she conducted career counseling and training. She now manages client relations, negotiates contracts, sets appointments and oversees billing.
