Troubled Employee Coaching is another aspect of Leadership Coaching that we provide. Our corporate clients often come to us to help with high-quality employee, who is important to the organization, but who may have a moderate-to-significant “rough edge.” We work with those employees to evaluate whether they can make the necessary changes, provide them with new tools for appropriate behavior, and sometimes even provide their managers with strategies to help eliminate or reduce previously troubling behaviors.

Additionally we can make referrals to long-term therapists for treatment of issues that require specialists. We have counseled clients with issues, such as anger management, addictions, post-traumatic stress disorder, communications issues, etc.
